Monthly Spread

Intended to give us a brief overview of our events and tasks for the month. We can easily see what events/appointments etc. we have coming up, and know when we are free to schedule more tasks as the month goes on.

Daily Spread AM & PM

I have dedicated 2 pages for our daily spread. 

Our AM spread is focused on planning our day while the PM spread is for reflecting on our day and preparing for the next day. Both involve Self Development tools and practices.

Each page is designed to motivate, inspire and push us a little harder to reach our goals and to increase our Self-Worth because We Are Somebody

Weekly Spread

Take advantage of the vertical weekly spread. Since each day is divided into customized hours, it’s easy to schedule meetings, phone calls, and other events. 

There is additional space for reflection of your previous week along with goals, obstacles and solutions for your week ahead.

Goals 

This is a 6 Month Planner based on two 6 month goals of our choosing. I have developed a step by step plan on creating and implementing our chosen goals which we will work on each month, week and day.

Monthly Lessons and Tasks/Worksheets

There is a lesson and an exercise at the beginning of each month along with a couple tasks for us to complete throughout. These are gearded toward increasing our Self-Worth and maintaining an emotionally balanced life
